The conference will include numerous papers and workshop presentations by academics and researchers from around the globe. Conference participants are welcome to submit full papers, short papers, extended abstracts, paper drafts, or invited session proposals. Submitted paper will be fully refereed and published in electronic formats.

Mr. Carlos López Moreno began his career in the recruitment area and has grown as a Consultant and trainer in the Human Resources Area and Management Skills. Specialist on e-learning contents design and its pedagogical application. He has developed important e-learning programs for multinational companies as Levantina, UBE Chemical Industries, Royal Canin and Loewe.
